Race numbers can be obtained on the night in the car park from Kari Edwards, Sue Wickham or Steve Taylor . Please arrive early and allow enough time to collect your number and get to the start. The race number must be kept for the complete 7 race series. There is a free buffet in the cricket club after the race.

Sat 22 Feb 2020, Nottingham In the week leading up to the hugely anticipated National Cross Country championships at Wollaton Park, in Nottingham, the organisers were issuing repeated warnings about the conditions for car parking and for how muddy and wet the ground was for competition. Sat 8 Feb 2020, Blackpool There were blustery conditions for the Mid Lancs cross country league fixture at Lawson`s Ground, Blackpool although the day stayed dry. The courses were flat, all on grass, and fairly fast going, with very few muddy areas.
