As previously, please contact the women’s captain, Sue Wickham – suealoesports@hotmail.com or the men’s captain, Richard Smith – richardfrancissmith@gmail.com via email or Facebook to confirm that you want to run (and before you do, PLEASE make sure you can. Dropouts cause no end of headaches). You also need to be a FIRST CLAIM member of Preston Harriers. You must also have paid/renewed your membership for 2018 otherwise your whole team will be disqualified.
If you meet that criteria (it’s not complicated) then ANY senior member – old or young, fast or slow, new or part of the furniture – is welcome. We had a wonderful turnout for the relays last year from the men and women at both events and there’s no reason not to repeat that this year. Relays are where a bunch of people in the same vest become a team. The camaraderie isn’t matched anywhere else so get involved and be part of the family!
