Race times 12pm U11 girls 12.15pm U11 boys 12.30pm U13 girls 12.50pm, U13 boys & U15 girls 1.10pm U15 boys & U17 women 1.30 pm, junior, senior and vet ladies and vet 70 men 2.15pm, junior, senior and vet men.
Parking is at Lancaster & Morecambe college and all competitors should use the back entrance to the college on Torrisholme Rd (LA1 2TZ)
If you have already run this season, please bring your Mid Lancs number (and safety pins). If you haven’t run this season and are a current club member, holding an EA licence, please go to the club tent first and not Mid Lancs registration.
