The Mid Lancs cross country season continues on Sat 9th November at Wilson Playing Fields, Hyndburn.

If you ran at Ulverston, then please bring that number.
If this is your first race this season, numbers are issued from the club tent. You have to be a fully paid up member for 2019 and hold a current EA competition licence. This does not apply to under 11s.
1st race is U11 girls at 12pm
U11 boys at 12.15pm
U13 girls at 12.30pm
U13 boys and U15 girls at 12.50pm
U15 boys and U17 women at 1.10pm
U17 men, junior, senior and vet women and vet 70 men at 1.30pm
Junior, senior and vet men at 2.15pm.
Please bring safety pins for your number.
