Sharon Wilkinson was running in the Senior Womens 400m heats where she clocked a time of 61.22, finishing 4th. This turned out to be a British Masters W50 Indoor record. The previous record was 61.29 set at the World Masters Indoor Championships at Clermont Ferrand in 2008. Preparations for the European Masters Indoors in Braga, Portugal on the 20th to 27th of February appear to be going in the right direction for Sharon.
