Running for Fitness

Tuesday and Thursday sessions starting at 6-30pm. Meeting on the corner opposite the Continental pub on South Meadow Street. Until mid September.

Mixed capabilities ranging from 20 minute 5k’s, to 35 minute 5k’s so there is a group for everyone.

We also meet on a Saturday morning at 09-30 on the opposite corner to the Continental. We are doing this until the Park runs start up again.
