Sportshall

Preston Harriers take part in the Lancashire County Sportshall League, which operates during the winter months. It uses safe, state of the art equipment and provides a good introduction and base for track and field athletics during the winter months.

There is no specific training for Sportshall, although Winter Training for Track & Field does include sessions related to Sportshall.
