Seniors


These sessions are open to all senior members who wish to train and race. Runners should wear cross country spikes, trail or fell running shoes. Training is every Saturday during the cross country season, except on race days for Mid Lancs, Lancashire, Northern and National Cross Country fixtures.  If you have any questions, please contact Andy Bibby.

For 2022/23 season training starts on Sat. 1st October.
Venue – Cafe at Avenham Park
Time – 09:30 am

Juniors


For any juniors not in the endurance coaching set up, and who are part of the general sessions, cross country training is organised by Roy Parkinson. Runners should wear cross country spikes, trail or fell running shoes. Training is every Saturday during the cross country season, except on race days for Mid Lancs, Lancashire, Northern and National Cross Country fixtures.

For the 2022/23 season training starts on Sat. 26th September

Venue - Miller Park Bandstand

Time - 10:00 am

For juniors between year 6 and age 20 in the middle distance sessions, cross country training is organised by Pete Crook.  Sessions start at 10:00, meet at Avenham Park Cafe.  Please contact Pete on pbc373@sky.com or by phone on 07704 159601 if you have any questions.
