Seniors


These sessions are open to all senior members who wish to train and race. Runners should wear cross country spikes, trail or fell running shoes. Training is every Saturday during the cross country season, except on race days for Mid Lancs, Lancashire, Northern and National Cross Country fixtures.


For 2019/20 season training starts on Sat. 5th October.
Venue – Cafe at Avenham Park
Time – 10.15am

Juniors


For any juniors not in the endurance coaching set up, and who are part of the general sessions, cross country training will once again be organised by Roy Parkinson. Runners should wear cross country spikes, trail or fell running shoes. Training is every Saturday during the cross country season, except on race days for Mid Lancs, Lancashire, Northern and National Cross Country fixtures.


For 2019/20 season training starts on Sat. 21st September.
