Mid Cheshire 5k Road Race Fri 28 April 2017
In this fast race which doubled as the England Athletics 5k championship, Rob Affleck had a great run to finish in 15.35 and English MV45 champion. Coming back to form after injury, David Watson finished in 17.18 and Lee Foley ran 17.54.
