The Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 17th April 2023 at 7pm in the Meeting Room (First Floor Reception Building) at UCLan Sports Arena. All registered members of the Club can attend .
Any proposed change to the Constitution must be received by the Chairman or Secretary by 17th March in order that all members shall have sufficient notice of the proposal.
Items to be included on the agenda for discussion should be submitted to the Secretary in writing no later than 8th April 2023
