Sat 28 April 2018 The Masters Road Relays take place once again in April at Sutton Park, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. Last year Preston Harriers Male Vet 45 Team had success in this competition bringing home a Silver medal. The competition is open to teams from all over Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales. The relays provide competition for men’s and women’s teams at a range of Veteran categories: Men – V35-45 (6 runners), V45-55 (4 runners), V55-65 (3) V55-65 (3) and V75 (3) Women – V35-45 (4 runners), V45-55 (3), V55-65 (3) and V65 (3)
David Watson will again be organising the V45 squad and will be entering two teams in this category on the on-line entry system over the next few weeks. Entries close on the 8th of April. Unfortunately it is not practical for one person to organise all teams in all the various categories. Therefore, if there are any other teams that wish to be entered in the various men’s or women’s categories they will need a team organiser and a list of names of those committed to running (all of whom must be fully paid up members with EA registration).
