The annual presentation night will take place at Blackburn Rovers FC on Friday 12th April 2019

It is a league rule, that every runner (apart from Under 11s) including guests, must be registered with their national association on the day of competition. This means that you must be a paid up 2018/19 club member and hold a valid and current England Athletics licence number. There are some people who ran cross country last year, who have not renewed their club membership and their names have not been submitted for the Preston Harriers complete team listing. Everyone who has not renewed has been previously contacted. Ulverston is a long way to travel to be told that you cannot run…

Anyone who ran last year at Mid Lancs, and who is a current member of Preston Harriers, should have a number waiting for them at the club tent, which is kept for the season apart from Liverpool, where a complete new entry procedure takes place (clubs yet to be advised.) Anyone who is a member and didn`t run last year, should go first to the club tent where you can then be registered for that race and the season (Liverpool excepting.) To help speed up the process, bringing with you, your 2018/19 England Athletics licence card will help.

Some of the other key fixtures are:- 3rd November 2018 – English National XC Relays – Berry Hill, Mansfield 5th January 2019 – Lancashire XC Championships – expected at Witton Park, Blackburn 26th January 2019 – Northern XC Championships – Pontefract Park, Pontefract 23rd February 2019 – National XC Championships – Harewood House, Leeds
